The Phoenix Symphony and Anthony Daniels!
The Phoenix Symphony was flawless, and to have Anthony Daniels there to narrate and tell the end-to-end story of the Maria Jose saga, was a rare moment indeed. I must say that this far exceeded my expectations. The choir they pulled in to do the background vocals during the Darth Maul opening act was truly amazing.
While I own and have seen Ep 1 thru 3, I'm not a fan of those, to be honest. But the way the editing was done for the concert, coupled with the best symphony performance I've ever seen (from Phoenix, no less), was dramatic and exciting. And of course, Ep 4 thru 6 are timeless fun. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but this was one of the coolest multi-media concerts I've ever seen.
Many concerts go to "10", this one went to "11". : ) Highly recommended at any price. And they even did the Dolby Digital sound "thing" at the very beginning, which I always crank up on the home theater, lol. The $70-ish we paid per ticket was well worth the experience, and then some.
